Moody's assigns Kcell first-time Baa3 rating with stable outlook

ASTANA. Sept 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Moody's Ratings has assigned Kcell a first-time Baa3 long-term issuer rating with a stable outlook, the agency said.
