Kazakhstan breaks up 'gray' grain import scheme with exports to Central, South Asia

ASTANA. Sept 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Authorities in the West Kazakhstan region have broken up a "gray" grain import scheme that involved re-exporting foreign grain to Central and South Asia as Kazakh-origin product, the Financial Monitoring Agency said.
