SCO operates outside military-bloc logic, not directed against any state – Tokayev

ASTANA. Sept 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The Shanghai Cooperation Organization operates outside the logic of military-political blocs and is not directed against any state, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
