Tokayev proposes 'pilot industrial consortiums' for SCO members

ASTANA. Sept 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has proposed that Shanghai Cooperation Organization members introduce a mechanism for pilot industrial consortiums to speed up joint projects.
