MOSCOW. June 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Russia is pushing to expand cooperation with Central Asian countries in rare earth exploration, mining and processing, presenting itself as a partner that respects sovereignty and imposes no political conditions, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said Thursday.
