Kazakhstan to create its own ratings agency, in talks with 'Big Three' firms

ALMATY. April 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan plans to establish its own credit ratings agency and could bring in one of the international "Big Three" ratings firms as a shareholder, the chairwoman of the country's financial market regulator said Wednesday.
