Kazakhstan to draft legislative amendments on disability rights by Nov

ASTANA. April 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has instructed the government to draft legislative amendments by November to strengthen the protection of the rights of people with disabilities.
