Kazakh president names new commander of Western regional forces
ALMATY. April 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Nurlan Karibayev as commander of the Western Regional Command’s troops, the presidential press service said Wednesday.
