Nuclear proliferation must be central to talks on Iran conflict - Tokayev

ASTANA. April 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev called for greater focus on the underlying causes of tensions around Iran, saying nuclear proliferation should be central to international negotiations.
