ASTANA. March 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a decree on the transfer to the reserve of compulsory military service personnel and the next conscription of citizens in 2026. The text of the decree was published on the president's website on Monday.
