ALMATY. Jan 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's Tengiz oil field is falling short of its production target by nearly one million tonnes following a temporary production halt at Kazakhstan's Tengiz and Korolevskoye fields this month, Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said Wednesday.
