Roskomnadzor gradually increasing pressure on Telegram, blocking calls helps reduce crime - Russian minister

MOSCOW. Feb 18 (Interfax) - The Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) is gradually increasing pressure on Telegram's administration, and blocking calls has reduced cybercrime, Russian Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Maksut Shadayev said.
