NCOC appeal against court ruling in 2.36 trln tenge fine case reaches Atyrau regional court
ASTANA. Nov 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Atyrau Regional Court has received an appeal from North Caspian Operating Company B.V. (NCOC), the Kashagan project operator, against a ruling by the Atyrau Regional Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court that refused to invalidate orders opening enforcement proceedings to collect a 2.36 trillion tenge fine, the regional court's press service told an Interfax-Kazakhstan correspondent.
