Russia's involvement in OTS activity to be quite appropriate - Kremlin

MOSCOW. Nov 2 (Interfax) - Russia's alignment to the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) would be quite understandable and appropriate, and the issue will be definitely on the agenda of Moscow's contacts, including those with Astana, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
