Tokayev orders national system to manage critical metals reserves

ASTANA. Oct 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev told the government to build a national system for managing the country’s reserves of critical metals, he said in his annual address on Wednesday.
