Kazakhstan to move to two-stage conscription model under military reform plan
ASTANA. Oct 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Military reform in Kazakhstan envisages creating a drone force and moving to a two-stage conscription model, the Kazakh presidential press service said.
