TASHKENT. Oct 19 (Interfax) - A ministerial meeting in the C5+1 format between the foreign ministers of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has taken place in Uzbekistan's Samarkand, Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov said.
