Russian intends to directly interact with Afghan leadership on security - Russian Security Council
MOSCOW. Oct 16 (Interfax) - Moscow intends to pursue constructive cooperation with Kabul and directly interact with the current Afghan leadership on security, economic issues and regional stability, Russian Security Council Deputy Secretary Alexei Shevtsov said.
