Kazakhstan expects big savings from need-based welfare reform
ASTANA. Oct 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan plans to save about 700 billion tenge next year and almost 2.5 trillion tenge over three years by reforming state benefits, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov said.
