ASTANA. Oct 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's current account recorded a surplus of $2.4 billion, or 1.6% of GDP, in the first half of 2026, the Ministry of National Economy said, citing National Bank data. This marks the first surplus in three years.
