ASTANA. Sept 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Foreign ministers of the Central Asian Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone (CANWFZ) states have expressed concern over the lack of progress in nuclear disarmament and the collapse of key arms control agreements, according to a joint statement released Tuesday by Kazakhstan's Foreign Ministry on the 20th anniversary of the treaty's signing.
