DUSHANBE. Sept 7 (Interfax) - A new oil refinery line with a capacity of 50,000 tonnes of petroleum products a year will start to be built in Tajikistan's Jayhun district on the border with Afghanistan, the press service of the Tajik Ministry of Energy and Water Resources said in a statement on Sunday.
