Pavlodar refinery overhaul rescheduled for spring 2027 – energy minister

ASTANA. Aug 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – An overhaul project at the Pavlodar oil refinery has been postponed until spring 2027, Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said.
