China's CCCC subsidiary to build 600 MW pumped-storage plant in Almaty region

ASTANA. July 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — A subsidiary of China Communications Construction Company will build Kazakhstan's first 600-megawatt pumped-storage hydroelectric plant, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said after meeting CCCC President Zhang Bingnan in Shanghai on Thursday.
