ASTANA. July 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a bill into law ratifying a protocol that amends the September 15, 2015 agreement of the Collective Security Treaty Organization [CSTO] on transporting military and other units, their movable property and military-purpose goods, the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper reported.
