UNCITRAL arbitration bars Kazakhstan from enforcing Kashagan fine – NCOC

ASTANA. July 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – A UNCITRAL arbitration tribunal has issued an interim order barring Kazakh authorities from enforcing a 2.3 trillion tenge environmental fine against the Kashagan field operator pending a final ruling, North Caspian Operating Company said.
