Kazakhstan, Tatarstan agree to launch dual-degree program for doctors

ASTANA. July 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan and Russia's internal republic of Tatarstan have agreed to launch a dual-degree program for residents and practicing physicians, the Kazakh Foreign Ministry press service said in a statement.
