Tokayev signs laws on local governance, CSTO transport and IBRD and AIIB loans

ASTANA. July 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a package of laws Wednesday ratifying loan agreements with IBRD and AIIB, a CSTO military transport protocol and broad amendments on state and local governance, official announcements said.
