Kazakh president instructs People's Council to ensure effective interaction with state authorities, civil society

ASTANA. July 15 (Interfax) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has instructed a new body, Halyk Kenesy (People's Council), to ensure its effective coordination with state authorities, civil-society institutions and international organizations, the president's press service said in a statement on Tuesday.
