ASTANA. July 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's Central Election Commission has accredited 60 international observers for the Aug. 23 election to the Kurultai, the country's new unicameral parliament, Deputy Chairman Mukhtar Yerman said Tuesday.
