Tokayev: Alatau must be a model of energy efficiency

ALMATY. June 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Tuesday the new city of Alatau must set an example for rational resource use and energy conservation, as Kazakhstan's economy remains among the world's most energy-intensive.
