ALMATY. May 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan views the Caspian Pipeline Consortium as its primary oil export route to global markets, with all other routes serving only as supplementary options, Energy Minister Erlan Akkenzhenov told reporters Friday.
