Kazakhstan, Russia sign agreement to expand oil cooperation

ALMATY. May 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The energy ministers of Kazakhstan and Russia exchanged intergovernmental agreements Thursday to expand cooperation in the oil sector, deepening energy ties during Russian President Vladimir Putin's state visit to Astana.
