MOSCOW. May 27 (Interfax) - Russia and Kazakhstan will sign important agreements on main parameters of the construction in Kazakhstan of its first nuclear power plant (NPP) during Russian President Vladimir Putin's state visit to Astana, Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said.
