ASTANA. May 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), the national railway operator in Kazakhstan, and its subsidiary KTZ Express plan to issue three tranches of yuan-denominated bonds totaling 1.79 billion yuan, the companies said.
