Russia's Energy Ministry drafts agreements with oil companies on domestic fuel supplies - sources

MOSCOW. April 22 (Interfax) - Russia's Energy Ministry has drawn up draft agreements with oil companies on petroleum product deliveries as part of efforts to stabilize and develop the domestic market, sources familiar with the matter told Interfax.
