Kazakh oil flows via CPC pipeline stable - energy minister

ASTANA. April 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh oil deliveries into the Caspian Pipeline Consortium system are proceeding steadily, Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said Wednesday.
