Tokayev congratulates Israel's President Herzog on Independence Day

ASTANA. April 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a congratulatory telegram to his Israeli counterpart Isaac Herzog, the Kazakh presidential press service reported Wednesday.
