SCO to send observers to monitor Kazakhstan's constitutional referendum

MINSK. March 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) will deploy an observer mission to monitor Kazakhstan's upcoming referendum on a new constitution, the SCO press service said Wednesday.
