Public transport to be free in Kazakh capital, other regions on referendum day

ALMATY. March 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Public transportation in Kazakhstan's capital will be free on March 15, the day of the national referendum on the new constitution, the city administration said Wednesday.
