MOSCOW. March 10 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump did not extensively discuss the lifting of restrictions on Russian oil exports during their latest phone call, although the negative implications of these restrictions are known to everyone, including the two leaders themselves, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
