Kazakhstan plans mirror increase in recycling fees for Russian cars

ALMATY. March 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan plans to raise recycling fees on automobiles imported from Russia to protect its domestic auto industry, the industry minister said Tuesday.
