Kazakh president stresses transparency in referendum process

ALMATY. Feb 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stressed the importance of transparency and legality in Kazakhstan's upcoming constitutional referendum during a meeting Tuesday with the head of the Central Referendum Commission.
