Over 10,400 polling stations to open in Kazakhstan for constitutional referendum
ASTANA. Feb 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan will open 10,411 polling stations nationwide for voting in a national referendum on a new constitution, Azamat Aimanakumov, a member of the Central Election Commission of Kazakhstan, said.
