ASTANA. April 18 (Interfax-Kazkahstan) - Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan have reached an agreement on a gradual increase in supplies of Kazakh oil, with Baku ready to accept up to 2.2 million tonnes for subsequent transportation, the Kazakh Energy Ministry said.
