Another 2,500 people evacuated from flooded areas in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. April 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – As many as 113,693 people, including 39,922 children, have been evacuated since the start of spring floods in Kazakhstan, Yerasyl Saipash, a senior officer of the Civil Defense Committee of the Emergency Ministry, said at a Tuesday briefing.
