ASTANA. Dec 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Energy clarified Wednesday that a draft order setting electricity tariffs for 2026–2032 at 2025 levels is a procedural requirement, not a rigid long-term price freeze.
