Turkish investor intends to invest $500 mln in constructing two sugar plants in northern Kazakhstan

ASTANA. Dec 2 (Interfax) - Turkey's Cengiz Holding plans to invest $500 million in constructing two sugar plants in Kazakhstan, the Agriculture Ministry's press service said.
