ASTANA. July 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A gradual increase in tariffs without shock measures can reduce the debt of the railway operator Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC (KTZh), Nurlan Zhakupov, CEO of Samruk-Kazyna JSC said.
