Aktau seaport boosted TEU container handling 50% in Jan-May

ALMATY. June 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The Aktau seaport handled over 15,800 twenty-feet equivalent units (TEU) in January-May 2024 or an increase of 50% compared with the same period of the previous year, Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), the national railway operator, said in a Monday press release.
